I ordered the frozen Vietnamese coffee. Pretty good, sweet but not overly. Cute decorations inside!

I've only been in Houston a short time but this is by far my favorite banh mi option in the city thus far. It's a tiny shop in a bustling plaza that you would not expect to have such high quality and affordable food and drink offerings. The combination banh mi is like the quintessential example of what I expect with fantastic crisp bread that is proportional to the toppings within (most places use rolls that are way too large and are too hard). There is just a small kick from the jalapeños - enough to heighten the experience but not enough to scare you away. Beware of the parking situation if you're driving or visits from out of town. The plaza shares spots among its tenants and signs are posted notifying drivers of potential towing if you're not going to a certain business. However, don't let that deter you. It's a pleasant surprise and one worth visiting. Their boba is pretty solid too. Go for the passionfruit with green tea and 50-75% sweetness. You won't be disappointed!

Came here to grab a banh mi as my in flight dinner and was not disappointed! I got the combo banh mi and the service was quick. I had to take a bite fresh and the bread was so crisp and the fillings were so fresh and flavorful. Its a great quick stop for banh mi or boba even! And for ~$6 a banh mi, def a great, affordable option!

New Banh mi Sandwiches, Pho, & Boba! Can't go wrong with this place! Limited parking but definitely worth it! You won't see it but they have tables in the back area so you can sit down & eat there if you want. Usually store crazy busy during lunch hour so you can order ahead for to-go. Owner is great very friendly so don't miss out on this new place in Downtown Houston!

Really great store And the boba tea is good Plus the noodles The store is a little bit small but cute But the food is good Service is ok But I think they need more hands to maintain the place kind of slow
